Constipation is a very uncomfortable condition. It causes pain in the abdomen and a bloated feeling.

First let’s look at your diet. Your body is made up mostly of water. Every organ in your body needs water to keep it functioning properly. You can go to the drug store and get constipation remedies like laxatives and stool softeners. Or, you can change your diet to relieve your constipation. Constipation is a serious condition if it goes on for a prolonged period of time.
