Canker sores are those small holes of painful wounds inside our mouth which is also called as mouth ulcer. There are actually two types of canker sores that we can possibly encounter: the simple canker sores and the complex canker sores.
Simple canker sores are those we painfully suffer 3 to 4 times in a year which is normally caused of tissue injuries or any dental appliance, too much ingestion of acidic foods, sudden weight loss, and stress that normally last for week. Complex canker sores on the other hand only occur to those people who have problem concerning with nutritional problem, deficiency health problem, defective immune system, and gastrointestinal tract disease or also known as Celiac disease and Crohn’s disease. Now, if you think about how to heal canker sores in mouth – actually there are no any available medical treatment for canker sores since they only last for week and heal all by itself. But you can have some other available option to quickly heal the soreness by using an antimicrobial mouth rinse which is also recommended for those who are experiencing pain and wound expansion persistently. Some other over the counter drugs for pain and irritation will also be helpful or corticosteroid ointment.
Moreover, what is an ulcer and how are they caused? Ulcer is also known as peptic ulcer which is caused by a damaged line inside the stomach, esophagus, and duodenum. Some other medical term of stomach ulcer are also called as gastric ulcer, and for duodenum or small intestines are also called as duodenal ulcer, and esophageal ulcer. In fact, some medical studies is made recently about those possible causes of gastric ulcer, and H. Pylori bacteria is indicated as one of the reason of peptic ulcer existence. Although there are also some other reasons like hunger pain which is always the major symptoms for peptic ulcer, over used of NSAIDs or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, cigarette smoking which blocks the way of the medication being applied for peptic ulcer treatment. You will also need your physician’s advised especially proper medication management which is very important as well. Smoking and taking of any NSAIDs is also prohibited during the treatment and coffee and alcoholic drink will be limited at the same time.
